April 22: Hurst Public Library, Masterworks Performance, 7-8 PM, free, 901 Precinct Line Rd, Hurst, TX, 817-788-7300.
May 1: Gem Theater Concert, The Armstrong County Museum, Claude, TX. 121 N. Trice Street. 7:30 PM. Adults $8, children $2. 806-226-2187. Visit the museum's website here.
May 15-16: Randy Brodnax’s Spring Art Festival, 10-6 free. Art show & sale with music and food in a beautiful setting by the lake, 15 min. from downtown Dallas. 903-852-3311. Look for us roaming the grounds! Lancaster Club Lake, 4000 Post Oak Rd, Hutchins, TX.
September 11-12: Texas Metal Arts Festival in Gruene! 10 am - 5 pm both days, free. Visit the festival's website here. One of our favorite festivals and a good excuse to take a weekend trek.
